Can a book change your life? This one did for me–it changed my life and my sense of life. It changed my perception of what books can do in my life. I could no longer see the meaninglessness to being in books. And to be able to see meaning in the things that I find so amazing as well. I don’t have to look elsewhere for inspiration or books. This book was the right book. I am still rereading and enjoying parts of it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to become more creative because this amazing book got me thinking. If you do have adult children, this could be an excellent book to give to them!
You could not read a book for what you know, and it gives you something so much greater, it’s almost a prayer. It made me understand my life and the challenges facing me – I never thought my family could be as happy as we were. But this book helped me realize that sometimes little things make all the difference.
This is one of my favorite books because they always make you ask yourself, “How did my life happen, how did I get here?” You realize that you didn’t have to go with the flow to be happy and successful. You don’t have to be happy or successful, or do anything just because someone told you to. You have to do all of it because you think and do something. Just because someone told you to, is not enough to bring you to happiness.
Every day is a new lesson. The best lessons are the ones that can help you to grow as a person and not grow discouraged in your endeavors.
You never know what can happen next. What can happen next that just inspires you to know what happiness in life isn’t even worth waiting for.
